ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Please send the required 1tool course application form to CAREL USA by fax (717) 664-0449 or via email pco@carelusa.com at least three weeks before the starting date of the course.

IMPORTANT: sending this form does not mean automatic admission to the course.

CAREL USA will evaluate the information on the form and decide whether to admit the applicant. CAREL USA will inform the applicant of admission to the course and confirm when the course will take place at least two weeks before the starting date. The applicant, on receiving confirmation that the course will be held, must order the 1tool course at least one week before the starting date of the course. A copy of the order must be sent to pco@carelusa.com.

A certificate of participation will be issued at the end of the course.

CAREL USA reserves the right to:

1. admit or reject the participants at its own discretion;

2. cancel the course in the event of an insufficient number. A minimum of six participants is required, from at least two different companies;
   

3. reject further applications when the maximum number of participants is reached; the maximum number is established on a case-by-case basis according to the space available;
   
   
4. cancel the course at any time. If the course is cancelled or Carel cannot confirm the course due to an insufficient number of participants, the application is automatically valid for the next scheduled course.
   
   

ASSISTANCE AFTER THE COURSE

CAREL USA offers continuous assistance for any difficulties encountered both immediately after the course and subsequently, involving the use of 1tool. This service is provided by e-mail at pco@carelusa.com or by telephone (717) 664-0500.
