CAREL USA has an immediate opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager (Southeast Region) for the A/C and Refrigeration Business Unit of CAREL USA LLC.
We are searching for a dynamic individual to grow business for the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration controls business units by managing existing accounts and developing new accounts in the Southeast region. The position will require up to 50% travel. Ideal candidates must have a 4 year technical or engineering degree, 3-5 years of outside sales experience and experienced in using contact management software. HVAC background/experience a plus.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the sale of controls (refrigeration controls experience a major plus), a college degree, successful sales and/or marketing experience, strong management skills, computer literate, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans, supervision of the sales force, market research, and development of product strategies. This key position will require at least 50% travel.
