EasyTools Graphic Programming Language

Great controls are nothing without a great programming system. The EasyTools graphic programming language gives you the flexibility of Assembler and the speed of Visual Basic.

EasyTools is made up of three basic components that all tie together to permit easy development of the controller logic, user interface, and PC Supervisor systems. There's even a run time simulator to test your programs.

Step 1: WinCAD

Development of any control system starts with a layout of the operating logic. In WinCAD, basic logic blocks (atoms) are used to create a program by placing them on the screen and then assigning variable names and connecting them with wires in a logical flow.

Atoms may be combined into single Macroblocks so that your programming can actually evolve into simpler designs with faster development times.

Step 2: WinMask

After the logic has been created in WinCAD, you then create the user interface displays and key assignments that allow the user to interact with the program.

Individual screens are created in a tree structure which automatically sets up the program flow. Menus can be created as well. For nitty-gritty programming, there is easy access right down to the source code.

Step 3: WinSim

All programs must be tested, and that function is provided by WinSim which allows you to run your programs on your PC before you ever put them on the actual controller.

Full access to all variables with a real time display of keypad and screen allows you to see your programs in operation and to catch the bugs before your customer does.

Supervisor

When you need to tie your controls to an on site supervisor PC or have remote access from your laptop, you create this program in much the same was as the program for the controllers, but it runs real time on your PC's screen.

Full graphing capability and historical data make the Supervisor one of the most powerful tools available.
