With the µC², Carel^® offers a line of compact, economical yet complete controllers, for all the requirements of current chiller and heat pump units, with up to four hermetic compressors and two refrigerant circuits. This controller can also be used on small air coded direct expansion units. The µC² is also available in a DIN rail mounting enclosure.

With four inputs dedicated to sensors, µC² can perform advanced functions such as defrost control, energy saving
and compensation. In addition, it can be connected to an expansion board via the innovative tLAN network, allowing the management of up to four hermetic or two semi-hermetic compressors in two circuits, as well as one electronic valve driver per circuit.

A series of optional modules,is available to control the condenser fans in ON/OFF or continuous mode. Connection
to remote terminals and supervisory systems is also available for complete monitoring of the unit.

The functionality of this controller combined with the dimensions and the installation and connection capabilities
have made this controller the best solution for Chiller/Heat Pump applications.
